Saturday, Nov 15th at Hilligoss-Shrader
Funeral Home in Tuscola. There will be a
visitation from 10:00a.m. the same day until
time for the services.Greg Miller's father passed away 11/7/08.
Visitation will be held Monday, Nov. 10 from
5-7 p.m. at Morgan Memorial Home in Savoy
with a memorial service on Tuesday, Nov 11 at
10:00 a.m. at Morgan Memorial Home.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at
Knapp Miller Funeral Home in Paxton. Funeral services
will be held at 11:30 at St. Mary's Catholic Church
in Paxton.

Changes to
HEALTH & WELFARE
There have been changes to the Behavioral Health Providers they are as
follows:
1. Changed to a PPO
Providers that will be covered at 90%
Non-PPO will be covered at 50%
2. Behavioral Health Care no longer is subject to the deductible.
3. Behavioral Heath Care
includes Substance Abuse Treatment and all must be pre approved. If admitted
on a weekend must be called in the following business day.

WELL CHILD CARE
At the present time, the Fund provides well
child benefits to eligible dependent children for their first 24 months of
life. The Trustees adopted the following benefit: A $2,000.00
lifetime maximum, as long as child meets definition of dependent, effective
Jan 1, 2006. This will also cover a dependent child who is incapable
of self sustaining employment after age 19.
VISION PLAN/EYE
The Trustees voted to change to a flat $300.00 per person, per calendar
year vision benefit, effective
January 1, 2008.
BIRTH CONTROL PILLS
will be covered for a medical reason only through Medco.
ORTHOTICS
has changed from once per lifetime to once every 5 years, effective
January 1, 2006
